Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after products are purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product through out website or sales team.
In the specific case you are given our Appointment System Guarantee which will be stipulated in your client/program agreement, it is as follows and only applies to that specific offering, and only as a part of your written agreement with us.
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met. When you must have attended all of your required coaching calls including but not limited to your onboarding, gameplan, velocity and momentum calls. You also must have launched your marketing campaigns from us within 30 days. You must also have been active in the member group, active in your coaching channel and replying to messages within 24 hours and have completed & implemented the training material recommended to you by your coach. If these conditions above are met and you have spent $1000 on the ad campaign with our guidance over the period of the program to properly validate your marketing campaigns and you have not acquired more than $2500 worth of clients clients and you’ve done your part meaning you’ve attended group calls, completed 1on1 calls with your coach outside of your required coaching calls, then you will be eligible for a full refund.
